• The Cresswood grinder processes all wood scraps, wood dunnage, and pallet waste, reducing them into consistent chips.

• The system automatically separates metal from the wood, ensuring clean, marketable material.

• The processed wood waste is then conveyed directly into one of two waiting truck trailers for easy loadout.

Once full, these trailers are hauled off and sold — eliminating landfill disposal completely. Since installation, Boulware has managed Caterpillar’s wood chip trailers multiple times per week, providing a seamless and ongoing recycling operation since 2022.
