Fast forward to 2024: they once again called on Boulware to design a new, more powerful solution. We installed a Cresswood XR700 wood shredder, one of the most robust machines in the industry, along with a Boulware Wood Waste Recycling System to fully automate their process.

Our system uses a heavy-duty grinder to process wood scraps, automatically separates metal from wood, and moves the clean recycled material directly into a waiting truck trailer. Instead of paying landfill fees, BCS Wood now has their material hauled away and sold, generating revenue from what used to be a major expense.
