To meet these needs, Boulware Equipment installed a heavy-duty Cresswood grinder paired with the fully integrated Boulware Wood Trash Elimination System. This system automates the entire wood waste recycling process from start to finish.

The system works as follows:

• Wood scraps and pallet waste are fed directly into the Cresswood grinder.

• The grinder reduces the material while automatically separating metal from the wood, removing nails and fasteners.

• Clean, processed wood waste is conveyed into a waiting truck trailer.

• The recycled wood material is hauled off and sold.

Boulware upgraded one of our 48’ trailers to a NEW Walking Floor trailer & sold to PAL-SERV , OKC for their system.

Walking Floor trailers allow customers flexibility in reselling their wood chips. The trailers will unload the wood chips without a tipper.
